How did you spend your snow day yesterday? I enjoyed brewing a pot of Swiss Farms coffee bright and early. I had a delicious sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich while sitting by the fireplace watching the snow fall. It looks like it is snowing again today. What do you have on your agenda for tonight? I know what I will be doing once I leave work – stopping by Swiss Farms, grabbing a gallon of Tea Cooler and a delicious cheesesteak stromboli to make for dinner. Yum!

Here’s what you will need to make your Swiss Mint-Shake:
- One pint of Bassett’s Vanilla Bean ice-cream
- One half gallon of 1% TruMoo naturally flavored mint vanilla milk
- One can of Reddi Whip whipped cream
- One container of Hershey’s Chocolate sauce for topping
- Oreos, crush first
Ok, so you have the ingredients, now for the fun part. Dig out three to four big scoops of Bassett’s Vanilla Bean ice cream, mixed with two parts TruMoo Mint Vanilla Milk and mix in the blender for 30 seconds. Serve in a nice tall glass, topped with whipped cream, oreo pieces and a chocolate sauce drizzle. Enjoy!
