We are customer obsessed. At swiss farms we know our customers, who they are and what they want to buy. We tailor our products to best meet our customers' needs. On a regular basis we update our products to be sure the offering is always up to date and that we have what our customers want and need. Customer obsession is a filter for many decisions we make every day. We design our promotions always with the customer in mind, not what is easiest for us. Product quality is extremely important for us to make our customers happy, if they are not they can simply return a prodcut. No receipt? No questions asked, we will replace the prodcut immediately or return the money.

For example, we must be experts in the utilization of space. To be efficient we need to get things quickly, yet we need to carry a broad enough selection of products to fill the customers’ in-between shopping needs.
